The Smalley Insurance Agency

 Located at 1640 S. Rock Road, Wichita, KS 67207 and founded in 1980.  We are a family owned Independent Commercial Agency and specialize in working with Independent Auto Dealers across the State of Kansas.  We currently work with over 300 Used Car Dealers in all parts of the State.  In addition we have other commercial accounts such as Commercial Truckers, Restaurants, Bars, Contractors and other Small Business Owners.

The Agency is managed by Michael L. Smalley and staffed by Carole J. Penny as Office Manager.   Loretta Akins and Connie Smalley serve as licensed Customer Service Representatives.  In addition we have an operating agreement with the Dwight Smalley Insurance Agency, located next to our agency, to provide a full line of personal auto, homeowners, life, health and other of personal lines of insurance through Farmers Insurance Group of Companies.  Together our agency staff provides well over 100 years of insurance experience.

Our goal is to provide the small and medium sized business owners with the same high quality insurance service as the large corporations.  As an Independent Agency we have access to a large number of companies and brokers.  Every attempt is made to provide our clients with the best possible coverage at the most reasonable price available.  If you want to deal with an Agency where you will feel like more than just an account number, give us a call.  The phone will be answered by a real person and you won’t be asked to “Press another number”
